We provide small businesses, churches, not-for-profit organizations and individuals with tax, accounting, and business consultation services.

Expert tax preparation and more

Effective tax preparation and planning positions you to minimize your future tax liability. We help you proactively manage both your personal and your business tax issues.  Not all tax planning opportunities are readily apparent.  By having us on your team, you are more likely to benefit from those opportunities.  We are constantly identifying new ways to reduce federal, state or local tax liabilities.

If your business does not currently have accounting staff or if your business is outgrowing its current bookkeeping system, we can provide comprehensive bookkeeping and write-up services to ensure the smooth operation of the financial side of your business. As your business needs grow and change, we are here to make sure your accounting and financial systems keep pace with your business needs.

When a business is able to undertake strong financial analysis, it opens up new opportunities to improve management, planning and decision making. Financial analysis provides the numbers to support, reject or contemplate a course of action. Prospective analysis can show how situations may evolve under various scenarios, providing a new dimension to decision making.

Our licensed professional notary public services are here to make life easier, including witnessing and authenticating document execution and signatures. Once your documents are notarized, we will help you make any necessary copies and send them where they need to go.

  • Whenever you see a successful business,
someone once made a courageous decision.

  • Behind every good business is a great accountant.

  • There's nothing wrong with the younger generation
    that becoming taxpayers won't cure.

  • Financial independence is the ability to live
from the income of your resources.

  • Unless you control your spending, making more money won't help. You'll just end up with bigger payments.

  • The more you slack, the less you stack.

  • With the right knowledge,
you can walk your way out of debt.

  • The quieter you become, the more you can hear.

  • A budget is telling your money where to go
instead of wondering where it went.

  • In the business world the rearview mirror
    is clearer than the windshield.

  • If you need a business analyst,
look for one with the heart of a teacher.

  • We can't solve our problems
with the same level of thinking that created them.
